Biggest problem is that I had room 32 and on Saturday night there was a party in the hotel with a live drummer. ( later mentioned this is almost every week! )
I woke up from the noise at 11 pm and in only stopped just after 12 pm. It was terrible. I already had closed all the windows and blinds, but it was still really loud.
The next morning, I complained about this and the nice lady made several remarks.
• I paid over 250 euro per room ( book also one for my sun but he was at street sight - so no problem)
• The lady said that this was way too high and the this was because Booking takes so much money from this. Should have been 190 euro max. This is not nice to hear.
• She apologies for the noise and ask why I did come down so they could fix something. I said that to dress up and come down was not the solution. As they would not have stopped the party for me.
In mine opinion they should have warned me in advance or gave me a different room or not rent out this room when there is a party like this.
